Operator and service
whoshour is operated by Min Suk Ki, an individual operating whoshour. It is an independent multi-platform creator chart, media, and data service. Pre-launch pages can contain synthetic, demo, editorial, or estimated material and may change or be corrected. They do not establish that a real Creator, score, ranking, or API result exists.
YouTube-related functionality
whoshour is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or approved by YouTube or Google. YouTube does not create, supply, endorse, or approve whoshour scores, classifications, rankings, estimates, or other independent analysis. The YouTube integration and derived-metrics runtime are disabled pending required review and approval.
If YouTube-integrated functionality is made available after the required review, users of that functionality must also comply with the YouTube Terms of Service.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass controls, submit credentials or secrets through public contact channels, or use the service to harass, brigade, impersonate, or misrepresent people or platform data.
Content, links, and changes
whoshour and its operators retain rights in the service presentation and original materials, subject to applicable rights held by others. Third-party links are provided for reference; their services and policies are separate. The service may change, suspend, or correct pre-launch material as it develops.
